Cook 10 grams neem kernels and 20 grams beeswax in 100 grams of oil. When both are mixed well, take it off the fire and mix 10 grams of resin powder and shake it well. This ointment is beneficial for fire burns and other wounds.

Make a powder by mixing 5 grams neem bark and half a gram clove or lentil sugar. Taking it in the quantity of two grams with water in the morning and evening ends simple viral fever, intermittent typhoid fever and blood disorders.

Make a decoction of neem bark, coriander, red sandalwood, padmakashth, giloy and dry ginger and take 10-30 ml; it is beneficial in all types of fever.

Take equal parts of enema bark, dry ginger, peepalmool, harad, kooky and amaltas. Cook it in one liter of water till one-eighth part remains. Take 10-20 ml of this decoction in the morning and evening. The fever will end.

Mix equal parts of neem bark, dry grapes and Gilroy. Make a decoction in 100 ml water and take 20 ml in the morning, afternoon and evening, it is beneficial in fever.

Breast-feeding: There isn't enough reliable information to know if neem is safe to use while breast-feeding. Be on the safe side and avoid use.

Children: Neem extract shampoo is POSSIBLY SAFE for children when applied once or twice on the scalp for 10 minutes, and then rinsed off with warm water. Taking neem seeds and seed oil by mouth is likely to be unsafe in children. Serious side effects can occur in infants and young children within a few hours of taking neem oil. These serious side effects include vomiting, diarrhea, drowsiness, and seizures, loss of consciousness, coma, and death.
