Actually the company wants it to put more emphasis on Visual Conversation. Pictures, GIFs and videos will make this conversation better. With the test, it will become clear how people can present different media formats with more than 280 words. Also it will be very interesting. Apart from Twitter, such a feature is already being given on many other social media apps.

Twitter has also clarified earlier that it is also working on a new status feature. This feature will also give the feature of tag messages to the users with pre-defined labels.
