About Gobhi Dal Vada Recipe: A crispy, full of protein goodness with the flavours of spices such as red chilli, cumin, cauliflower and chana dal! This vada is a perfect snack to munch on!


Ingredients of Gobhi Dal Vada


1 Cup chana dal


1/2 Cauliflower


1/2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste


1/2 tsp cumin powder


2 Green chillies


2 tbsp coriander leaves


to taste salt


to taste red chilli powder


1/2 tsp garam masala


2 tbsp rice flour


2 tbsp besan (gram flour)


2 tbsp oil


How to Make Gobhi Dal Vada


1.Soak chana dal in water for at least 4 hours.


2.Grate cauliflower. Grind the soaked dal along with green chilies.


3.Mix grated cauliflower and ground dal mixture. Add salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala and coriander leaves. Mix well.


4.Add rice flour and gram flour. Add 2 tbsp oil and knead lightly.
